It rained here overnight, which is a good thing.  California can use all the moisture that the gods are willing to send.  It seems to have been a nice amount of rain too as there was a large puddle that I had to jump over this morning to get to my garage.  That's the only evidence that I have because I can't hear the rain in my apartment.

There are a lot of things I like about the space I live in at the moment, but this is not one of them.  I like listening to the rain falling on the roof, or gently falling on the windows.  It comforts me, and lulls me to sleep to hear the rain fall.  I wish I could hear the rain.
