I've been trying to reach a consultant today to arrange for dinner tonight with my boss.  He has no cell or pager and the company where we think he is working today doesn't seem to be sure where he is.  I feel like I've gone back twenty years when it was not unusual not to have immediate access to everyone.  I guess I am just too used to instant gratification.
